Dramedy
Dramedy Textile Art is the work of Toronto designer MJ Walker. MJ starts by creating a storyboard for each garment. 'The story of each piece is very important in my design process'. Using historical and cultural references she dips into her collection of fine and vintage fabrics to create comfortable garments with a twist. Each garment is unique, incorporating embroidered and hand-painted details along with quirky features like detachable pockets that can turn into shoulder bags. Dramedy is made in Toronto, Canada.
